THe exercise is important to assure maxcimum return from the R&D investment. In addition, the exercise will also bear results which capable or improving the image of the organisation and the country to attract FDI intot he country.

Successful projects are those that are efficintly executed, meet customer expectation, contribute directly to the bottom-line and prepare for the futurte of the organisation. Project success its influend by the vagaries of internal and external factors. Some of the external factors cannot be expected / anticipated by some organisations and require well-though risk management strategy.
